    Éste es el que menos nos ha gustado, está un pelín blando y la cantidad de bolitas de pimienta me parece un poco exagerada. Pero aún así también muy bueno de sabor.

    Este salchichón es bueno, con carnes y grasas de buena calidad, pero le falta tiempo de curado, está muy tierno, excesivamente tierno. Lo dejaré secar un poco y mejorará incluso en el sabor. Ahora, parece carne cruda—.

    El sabor es realmente bueno. Sabor al salchichón de antes, natural. Diferente al resto de salchichones del mercado.
